Palak Soup (Spinach Soup) Recipe Ingredients
3/4 cup spinach-blanched and pureed
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp refined flour-roastedadn mixed with milk
1/2 tsp salt
pissi kali mirch
pinch of grated nutmeg
lemon juice- to taste
cream to garnish
Palak Soup (Spinach Soup) Recipe Procedure
Measure the puree and add enough water to make upto 3 cups, and bring to a boil.
Add milk mixture, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Pour into cups, sprinkle lemon juice, garnish with cream and serve.
