Miso Hot Pot Soup Recipe Ingredients
20 gm sliced chicken
5 gm sliced carrot
5gm sliced pok choy
5 gm celery
5 gm baby corn
5 gm black mushroom
5 gm Chinese cabbage
5 gm vermicilli glass noodles
5 gm sesame oil
1 bowl stock (boil chicken bone with water for 2-3 hours)
salt - to taste
Miso Hot Pot Soup Recipe Procedure
Boil the pieces of chicken, carrot, pok choy, baby corn, celery, black mushroom, threads and Chinese cabbage in a bowl for 5-7 minutes.
Now drain out the excess water out of boiled veggies and keep it aside.
Take another bowl and pour the stock in it along with all the boiled vegetables and boil it for five minutes. Add salt.
At last add sesame oil and serve hot.
