Recipe Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, grilled, cooled, cubed
2 clove garlic, minced
6 plum tomatoes, chopped
200 gm broccoli florets, cooked, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil, to taste

Recipe Procedure

Prepare chicken and set aside to cool. Cut into cubes. Cook broccoli until tender and set aside to cool. Chop into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, garlic, tomatoes, broccoli, lemon juice and oil. Toss well to combine.
