Seekh Kabab Masala Recipe Ingredients

 750 gm seekh kabab (chicken or meat)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup onion-sliced
1 cup tomato - finely chopped
3 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp cream
coriander leaves for garnish


Seekh Kabab Masala Recipe Procedure

 Heat oil in a thick bottom pan. Fry onions till they turn golden brown.

Add ginger & garlic paste and let them fry till the oil separates. Add crushed dried fenugreek leaves.

Add all the masala powders to it, and then add the chopped tomatoes & the tomato puree.

Add salt to taste and then add little warm water.

Finally add the kababs, and let the gravy come to a boil. Let it cook for another 3-4 mins or till the sauce gets thick.

Serve garnished with the coriander leaves, and the cream (optional).
