Galoti Kabab Recipe Ingredients

 1/2 kg minced meat
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp kabab chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp green papaya and green chilli paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fried garlic paste
1 tsp fried onion paste
1/2 tsp saffron - soaked in water
1 tsp fresh coriander - chopped
1 tbsp chick-pea flour
1 tsp desi ghee
1 tsp gulab-jal
few drops of itar
ghee - to shallow fry


Galoti Kabab Recipe Procedure

 Take minced meat in a bowl and add all the other ingredients in it. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into equal portions. Now apply some water in your hands and pat them into the shape of kabab.

Heat ghee in pan and shallow fry the kababs till they turn dark in colour.

Serve with any kind of chutney and raw onions.
