Kala Jamoon Recipe Ingredients
2 cups milk powder
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp ghee
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
ghee to deep fry
Kala Jamoon Recipe Procedure
Mix the milk powder, flour and ghee and knead to a soft dough. Make syrup with the sugar and water, till one thread consistency is reached.
Deep fry the balls first over high heat, then low till a dark brown in color. Remove from ghee and place into the syrup. Let soak, turning a few times for an hour or so. Lift out of the syrup and serve.
