Seviyan Recipe Ingredients

 500 gm vermicilli
200 gm ghee
4 tbsp honey
250 gm sugar
2 tsp ground cardamom seeds
1 tsp nutmeg
50 gm sliced almonds, raisins and pistas
2 tbsp charoli
200 gm khoya


Seviyan Recipe Procedure

 Mix sugar, a little water and honey on a slow fire.

Remove the mixture from fire and keep it on one side.
Fry the vermicelli in ghee till it gets golden in colour. Add the syrup mixture, cardamom and the nutmeg.

Mix well and cook on slow fire till it is dry.

The final product should be separate and not stick together. Garnish with the almonds, khoya and raisins.
