Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich Recipe Ingredients

Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich Recipe
500 gm chicken breasts, boneless, sliced in half diagonally
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 dash salt
4 small slices cheese
4 hamburger buns
1 avocado, peeled, stone removed, sliced
Iceberg lettuce
Mayonnaise

Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich Recipe Procedure

Stir together the olive oil and limejuice and salt. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat your grill and grill the chicken pieces a couple minutes on each side, until cooked through. Once cooked add a slice of cheese to the chicken. Cover the grill for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
Place chicken with melted cheese, avocado, lettuce and mayonnaise on the bun and serve.
