Kilanji Recipe Ingredients
Rice mix
200 grams rice
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
For the preparation
2 tsp oil
Banana accompaniment
banana slices to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 cup coconut milk
Kilanji Recipe Procedure
Add banana slices and sugar to coconut milk to prepare the accompaniment.
Grind rice with eggs and water to a fine milky mix. Apply a thin layer of oil in a pan. Pour 1/4 cup of the mix in the pan and immediately distribute it equally all around the pan.
Cook for five minutes on a low flame.
Carefully remove the cooked layer of the mix from the pan and serve hot with the accompaniment.
