
Acidity is not a small problem to ignore. It is developed as ulcers in the intestines and cause severe damage to our digestive system. The remedy to beat the acidity is to take one cup of buttermilk which helps digestive system work effective. Adding ginger, Coiander leaves, Mint leaves, asafetida and natural salt will be appreciable if added in the buttermilk. This mixture helps to avoid acidity and reduce gastric troubles.

The easier way to escape from acidity is to have a cup of Vanilla ice cream or a glass of cold milk.

Acidity can be controlled with a piece of jaggery. sucking the juice of jaggery will be helpful to beat the sour saliva produced due to acidity. It also avoids gastric problems and polluted air.

Consuming hot water after meals is good remedy for easy digestion which helps avoiding acidity. and its also helps in reducing weight. Sleeping soon after having meals is not a healthy advice to follow, because it slows down the digestive process and forms gas.

Water is a natural and universal neutralizer. Drinking water in plenty helps digestion which prevents acidity or gas problems. Drinking coconut water is also a better idea to skip from acidity and drinking it empty stomach betters the results.

Do not over eat and do not let your stomach to starve throughout the day. Both can cause acidity. Try to have small meals 3-4 times a day because eating heavy meal will be a problem for early digestion and try to have a light meal at night.

Avoid drinks like Tea, coffee and smoking even, because they contain caffeine and alcohol which kills hunger for long hours provokes increase of acidity. Also avoid chocolate, tomoto juices, peppermint, fatty and spicy foods which in turn creates the acidity problem.

Avoid milk and products made with milk before you go to sleep. They contain high calcium content leads to gastric problems during night.

Sugar is not always a good to thing to consume, becasue it increases over weight. And consumption of sugar in excess quantity is harmful and is not absorbed by our body some times and it gets converted to gas leading to acidity problems.

We should take care of the diet we often follow. Don't let your daily diet routine include gas producing vegetables such as onions, cabbage, bean sprouts, chick peas and wheat. Avoiding them is not a big deal if you want yourself free of acidity.
