Diabeties is a conditon in which body is not able to maintain
the blood sugar valel and it goes beyond normal and excretion
of extra glucose in the urine. Symptoms ofDiabetes ate too much
thirst, too much hunger, frequent urination, skin problems, blurred
vision, exhaustion, constipation, very slow healing of wounds,
headache, itching, glddiness, sudden weight loss etc. Causes of
Diabetes are heredity, obsetiy, Mental tension, too much telivison
watching, age, pregnaancy, virus whichf obstructs insulin production,
etc.
Diabetes patients should avoid sugar intake in any form. if therre
are too much urged to eat sweet then can take small quyality of
Honey. Rice contains starch and to be avoided. Eat lot of green
vegetabels, sprouts, dry furits. Drink lot of water in the morning.
Sleep adequately, treat constipation etc.
