Recipe Ingredients

2 tsp dried camomile flowers
2 cups hot water


Optional
2 tsp sugar or honey


Recipe Procedure

Mix camomile flowers in hot water and let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and serve.

Optional: Sugar or honey can also be added to flavor it.
