Recipe Ingredients
600 ml cold Water
2 tbsp Mint leaves
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Carrot Pulp (strained)
1/4 cup Tomato Puree
2 pinches Black Pepper powder
Recipe Procedure
Mix tomato puree and carrot pulp.
Chill the mixture.
In 100ml water add sugar. Heat the mixture on low heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring to boil.
Take off the heat and cool the mixture. Before serving the mocktail,
take a blender and blend mint leaves and sugar syrup well.
Add carrot-tomato mixture, pepper, cold water and salt
Blend till frothy.
Serve it off immediately.
