Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lt water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp watermelon seeds - peeled
1/2 tbsp khuskhus
1/2 tbsp saunf
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp rose water
1 tsp pepper corn
1/4 cup rose petals - dried or fresh



Recipe Procedure

Soak sugar in 1/2 litre of water and the dry ingredients in 2 cups of water.

Grind all soaked ingredients to a very fine paste. Mix remaining water to the paste.

Drain the mixture through a muslin cloth in a large and deep vessel. Add milk, sugar and rosewater to the extracted liquid and mix well.

Chill and serve.
