Recipe Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes-blanched and chopped
? cup onions-chopped
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
500 gm sugar or to taste
1 ? tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil
Recipe Procedure
Heat the oil and brown the onions and ginger-garlic paste in it.
Add the tomatoes, sugar, salt, chilli powder and garam masala and cook to a thick consistency.
Add the vinegar and simmer for about 5 minutes.
When cool, pack in an airtight clean jar and store.
